Volunteer Application
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the American Legion & American LegionAuxiliary New Mexico Staters program.
While we appreciate everyone that applies we are not able to invite everyone onto staff each year.
Invitations to join the staff are based on the needs of the program and the skills/abilities of the applicants to fill the necessary roles. Invitations are sent out in January/February for the coming session. Depending on the responses received more invites could be sent out after that.
Please note all volunteers who accept an invitation to be on staff at NM Staters will be required to complete an online background check. Details will be provided to staff members as they prepare for session.
